La Crosse Community Theatre (LCT) has been the premiere community theatre in the Coulee Region since its inception in 1962. Now in our 58th season, LCT entertains thousands of patrons each year and produces ten productions from September through June. LCT also offers youth and adult education classes at the theatre, including youth summer theatre camps. La Crosse Community Theatre is the primary resident of the five year old, state-of-the-art Weber Center for the Performing Arts, which is nestled on the beautiful banks of the Mississippi River. The Weber Center contains a 450 seat proscenium theatre as well as a 100 seat black box theatre.

Star Academy Summer Theatre Counselor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: The Star Academy Summer Theatre Counselors assist on a variety of production areas during summer programming. The ideal candidate(s) have a passion for working with youth of all skill levels from diverse backgrounds through theatre in an inclusive environment.

Reports To: Director of Education & Outreach and Teaching Artist Fellow

Supervises: Students ranging from ages 6-18. Ages vary based on the production.

Hours: Seasonal Labor, Hours vary based on age group and role assigned, click the link for more detailed information on each camp. Weekends are required for performances. You do not need to be available for all camps.
