LCT Open Call for Production Staff Positions

La Crosse Community Theatre is always looking for ways to grow our community. LCT is issuing a call for production staff positions for our 2021-2022 Season to be performed at Weber Center for the Performing Arts. We are looking for creative, talented directors, designers, stage managers, and technicians who are passionate about creating theatrical magic for our audiences. We seek to match new opportunities to emerging artists and find challenging opportunities for experienced professionals. As an inclusive community that works toward being an anti-racist organization, LCT encourages applicants of all ages, races, classes, gender identities, sexual orientations, religions, and physical abilities. All positions are paid.

We are currently looking for directors and designers for the following 2021-2022 Season productions:

The Sound of Music – Auditions September 27 – 29, Rehearsals October 11 – December 2, 2021 

Who’s Holiday! – Auditions October 4 – 5, Rehearsals October 18 – November 24, 2021

The Mountaintop – Auditions December 14 – 14, Rehearsals December 20, 2021 – January 27, 2022

‘night Mother – Auditions December 27 – 28, 2021, Rehearsals January 3 – February 9 2022

Single Black Female – Auditions February 15 – 16, Rehearsals February 21 – March 30, 2022

Next to Normal – Auditions February 29 – March 1, Rehearsals March 7 – April 28, 2022

Lizzie: The Musical – Auditions April 4 – 5, Rehearsals April 18 – June 2022

Avenue Q – Auditions May 23 – 24, Rehearsals May 30 – July 21, 2022

Those interested in applying for production staff positions should submit the following materials to [email protected]:

• A cover letter addressing your interest in employment with LCT and the positions and shows for which you are applying.
• A current resume detailing relevant work experience. We encourage individuals with all levels of theatrical ability from novices to seasoned professionals to apply. 
• A portfolio for those interested in applying for design positions.

COVID-19 Policy: 

All actors, technicians, volunteers and staff members ages 12 and over must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or are in the process of becoming fully vaccinated (those who are in the vaccination process must always wear a face-covering during LCT auditions, rehearsals, camps, and events until they show proof of full vaccination).
