New Year - New Directions for LCT

LCT kicks off the new year under new leadership and with a new direction. While the country works on administering the vaccines that will allow us to welcome the community back to our theatre, Executive Artistic Director Jase Sullivan moves forward with plans for 2021. With the help of Associate Artistic Director Dominique Luecke, Sullivan seeks opportunities to rejuvenate LCT’s policies, processes, and programs. Community members can expect new opportunities and a new structure for our educational programming, as well as an exciting new season for 2021-2022.

As part of our commitment to excellence, LCT is taking a hard look at our policies. We are thankful for the efforts of our HR Committee, which consists of community members, HR specialists, and members of the board and staff, to create a new Sexual Harassment Policy.

“Part of my commitment as LCT's new director is making the theatre an inclusive place for our patrons, staff and volunteers alike,” said Sullivan. “Having a strong sexual harassment policy in effect is just the first of many policy changes you will see in the coming year. Everyone who walks through our doors should feel safe, respected, and welcome!”

The policy, which includes an updated reporting structure, can be found in the footer of every page on LCT’s website. In the coming months, the HR Committee will continue to revitalize LCT's Code of Conduct, ensuring that safety, diversity, and inclusion remain LCT’s top priority.

In the meantime, Sullivan and Luecke look forward to finding new ways to connect with the community and provide engaging theatrical experiences. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
